Shipping policy

We offer free standard shipping for all US orders $50 and over. For orders under $50, standard shipping is $5.

All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email, although most will be processed within 24 hours. When your order ships, we will send you a shipment confirmation notification with tracking information.

Most packages will reach US customers 3-7 days after they enter the mail system but delays can occur and are outside of our control. Consider upgrading to UPS if timing is a concern. Note that upgraded shipping does not shorten production time. Orders of in-stock items are shipped in the order they are received.

Flour & Ash is not responsible for packages once they are shipped.

If you need your order sooner please contact us before placing your order to see if we can accommodate your request for an additional rush fee.
